Total Body Conditioning Class with Holly Smith, Certified Personal Trainer,
Stretch Coach, and Gut Nutrition Coach
This class will work on everything from strength, endurance, stability, mobility and flexibility. With over 30 years of experience all levels are welcome where Holly can modify any exercises to meet your abilities. This class explores different styles and tempos keeping the body and mind challenged all while keeping you safe and of course having fun in the process! All classes can remain low impact.
Please bring a mat, one or two sets of dumbbells (light and heavy) water and a
towel to wipe that sweat! Also no fashion sneakers please, cross trainers or
running sneakers are best!

*If there is cold/inclement weather, this program will move indoors to the field house.
There will not be a restroom on site when class is outside.
