Boot Camp with Holly Smith

This is a hands-on, active class that will help participants work on their overall strength, endurance, balance and core with circuit style interval training.  Each class will focus on overall fitness but participants will  be able to go at their own pace. Beginners are welcome!  Nationally certified personal trainer, Holly Smith will modify the program for different levels!
