10:00 AM - 12:00 PM    Palmieri Basketball Clinic - Palmeiri Co-Ed Basketball Clinic 2026
Athletes will learn and practice fundamental skill development while applying the best drills to target all aspects of the game. Each session will include coaches guiding and teaching players to gain basketball knowledge on the court. This clinic will also provide athletes with the opportunity to scrimmage and compete in full court games while coaches give instant feedback to increase defensive and offensive strategy. Tawny Palmieri along with former and present college basketball players will be conducting the program. Don't miss out!!Please be sure to bring your own basketball and water if possible. Each player will receive a drawstring bag to keep the first day of the clinic. Don't miss out on the opportunity to practice and play in live situations!

This class blends strength training, endurance, mobility, stability, and flexibility work. With over 30 years of experience, Holly welcomes all fitness levels and provides modifications so everyone can move safely and confidently. Each session mixes different styles and tempos to keep your body challenged, your mind engaged, and the experience fun—while remaining low-impact friendly.Summer Strong Program Details 8-week session 7/7 through 8/27 2 in-person classes per week (Tues/Thurs) Times 5:30 or 6:30am sessions Pricing: $160 for 2 days/week or $80 for 1 day/week What to Bring Mat One or two sets of dumbbells (light and heavy) One set of booty bands Water Towel Supportive sneakers (cross-trainers or running shoes; no fashion sneakers) Weather Notes In inclement weather, class moves indoors to the field house.
