Get ready for a full-body workout that strengthens, stabilizes, and energizes your entire body! This class blends strength training, endurance, mobility, stability, and flexibility work. With over 30 years of experience, Holly welcomes all fitness levels and provides modifications so everyone can move safely and confidently. Each session mixes different styles and tempos to keep your body challenged, your mind engaged, and the experience fun—while remaining low-impact friendly.Summer Strong Program Details
8-week session 7/7 through 8/27
2 in-person classes per week (Tues/Thurs)
Times 5:30 or 6:30am sessions
Pricing:
$160 for 2 days/week or $80 for 1 day/week
What to Bring
Mat
One or two sets of dumbbells (light and heavy)
One set of booty bands
Water
Towel
Supportive sneakers (cross-trainers or running shoes; no fashion sneakers)
Weather Notes
In inclement weather, class moves indoors to the field house.
No restrooms are available on site when class is held outdoors.
