Total body training with Holly Smith, a personal trainer who has been in the business for almost 30 years! She works on it all from strength, cardio, balance, core, coordination, and flexibility. The class style changes to keep the body guessing and to have tons of fun! It’s been a tough year and we need to take care of ourselves! Athletes will be taken through various flag football drills and skills to improve in all areas of the game. Tawny Palmieri and other coaches will bring players through offensive and defensive strategies and concepts of flag football. During the second half of each session players will be separated into teams and participate in a full flag football game. Don't miss out on the fun this clinic will bring! Please be sure to bring your own water if possible. Athletes will be taken through various flag football drills and skills to improve in all areas of the game. Tawny Palmieri and other coaches will bring players through offensive and defensive strategies and concepts of flag football. Maria is a creative and engaging teacher with over 30 years of experience teaching students of all ages!Inclement Weather:If inclement weather is in the forecast, we will aim to make up lessons on Thursday's that same week, when possible. If not, we will make it up at the end of the season.
