5:30 PM - 6:45 PM    Pickleball in the Parks - 2A. Beginners Pickleball- Aug/Sept
The pickle ball courts in Peabody are calling all adults looking for an active socially distant hobby! Lead by certified instructor Sue Carnevale, participants will begin each lesson with some skills and drills and then end the lesson with live play.Find your session: Beginners: This lesson is perfect for players who may or may not have played a few games and plan to improve obvious weaknesses in their stroke! Participants will learn the rules and keep short rallies going.Advanced Beginners: This lesson is for you if the following apply: You are able to keep quite a few balls going with your forehand, make most easier volleys, are starting to make more back hands, but looking to develop your stroke. Touch up on your form while putting your skills to the test, playing other intermediate players. What to bring: -Racket- the instructor will have some loaners available if needed.-Water-Mask-Court sneakers, or sneakers with little tread, recommended-Hat/sun glasses, recommendedClick HERE for COVID Precautions.Before you arrive: There will not be a bathroom on site.
