The class style changes to keep the body guessing and to have tons of fun! It’s been a tough year and we need to take care of ourselves! Join us and take the time to commit to your heath and have a few laughs in the process! All levels are welcome, as modifications are always an option! Please bring a set of dumbbells, water, and wear sneakers*If there is cold/inclement weather, this program will move indoors to the field house. There will not be a restroom on site when class is outside.
