Total body training with Holly Smith, a personal trainer who has been in the business for almost 30 years! She works on it all from strength, cardio, balance, core, coordination, and flexibility. The class style changes to keep the body guessing and to have tons of fun! It’s been a tough year and we need to take care of ourselves! Join us and take the time to commit to your heath and have a few laughs in the process! All levels are welcome, as modifications are always an option! 

Please bring a set of dumbbells, water, and wear sneakers

*If there is cold/inclement weather, this program will move indoors to the field house. 

There will not be a restroom on site when class is outside.
