Total Body Conditioning with Holly Smith Register View Cart

All levels are welcome to a fitness class that offers everything from strength training, cardio, agility, balance work, core strengthening and flexibility. Sessions are 5 weeks long and held on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 5:30-6:30 am at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School Field House. There are two options to choose from: 3 days or 2 days per week. Let’s make 2019 the year you get healthy and fit!!

What to bring: A set of dumbbells, water, sneakers
