Thank you for your interest in the Girls on the Run program!
Girls on the Run inspires girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. Trained coaches lead small teams through a research-based curricula which includes dynamic discussions, activities and running games. Over the course of the season, girls in 3rd-5th grade develop essential skills to help them navigate their worlds and establish a lifetime appreciation for health and fitness.
GOTR is preparing for an in-person spring season that will follow COVID-19 health and safety policies, including hygiene practices, cleaning and disinfection protocols, personal protective equipment, and team size and physical distancing guidelines. Should guidelines change, or if there is inclement weather, we will transition to virtual practices with no interruption to the season and lessons.
Girls will receive individualized cinch sacks with team supplies and materials including a T-shirt, water bottle, adidas face mask, activity based journal and more. The end of season 5K event will be on June 5.
What is included in the $245 fee:
~ Each participant will receive a personal GOTR kit including a drawstring backpack, water bottle, t-shirt, program journal, and face mask! (Participants will either receive their kit via mail, or from your head coach if participating safely in person.)
