Open Mic Night @ The Black Box Theatre

We have partnered with North East Arc's Black Box Theatre for an open mic night on Tuesday October 22nd! Doors open at 6:30PM, Performances start at 7PM and end at 9 PM

Join us for a night of artistic expression and community connection!  Whether you’re a seasoned performer or trying out something new, this is your chance to showcase your talent and share your voice.  Artists of all kinds are welcome musicians, poets, comedians, and storytellers! Each performer will have 5-7 minutes to present their work. There is a $10 performers fee. This supports Peabody Recreation in organizing community events like Open Mic Night!

Perform in a Supportive Atmosphere: Enjoy a warm, encouraging environment where creativity thrives. Audience members are encouraged to cheer on our talented performers!

Peabody Recreation and Black Box Theatre strive for a community vibe: Meet fellow creatives and connect with others who share your passion for the arts.

Registration can be either online or in person. Please note, if in person please bring cash.

Important Note Please Read: Musicians please bring your own gear. There is a microphone and PA system if you would like to plug into for your performance. There will be an electric keyboard there as well. If you are planning on a full band, please reach out to Cameron White prior to registrations.
