Body by Holly is back and even better... introducing BUILD! Get ready for a full-body workout that strengthens, stabilizes, and energizes your entire body! This class blends strength training, endurance, mobility, stability, and flexibility work. With over 30 years of experience, Holly welcomes all fitness levels and provides modifications so everyone can move safely and confidently. Each session mixes different styles and tempos to keep your body challenged, your mind engaged, and the experience fun—while remaining low-impact friendly.

Along with her 3-day live class platform at PVMHS, participants will now receive access to a private FaceBook community for:

Personalized Nutrition Guidance
To help you reach your goals more effectively, Holly will now provide you with individualized daily calorie needs and macronutrient breakdown.
After you sign up, Holly will reach out via email to gather the information needed to calculate your customized nutrition guidance, and she will add you to the private Facebook community.
Program Details
- 6-week session
- 3 in-person classes per week (MWF) for a total of 16 classes (no class 1/16 or 1/19)
- Bonus virtual class on Friday 1/16 via Facebook Live for participants in the Facebook group
- Pricing:
- $150 for 3 days/week
- $130 for 2 days/week
- (virtual class included at no extra charge)
What to Bring
- Mat
- One or two sets of dumbbells (light and heavy)
- Water
- Towel
- Supportive sneakers (cross-trainers or running shoes; no fashion sneakers)
Weather Notes
- In cold or inclement weather, class moves indoors to the field house.
- No restrooms are available on site when class is held outdoors.
