Gentle Hatha Yoga with Dot McKeen Register View Cart

Young adults in fitness class.
Come turn inward, stretch, breathe and relax. Hatha Yoga is a gentle practice, great for beginners and seasoned yogis which will bring the student into balance within the body, mind and spirit.  Allow yourself to unwind with breathing techniques, postures, meditation and soft music. 

What to bring:



  • A yoga mat (necessary)

  • Water

  • A mask


Inclement Weather:
In the event that we have inclement weather during a session, we will make that class a virtual class using zoom. If this is the case, participants can find the zoom information printed on their receipt. The link will also be emailed prior to the start of the class. 

COVID Precautions: 


  • Complete either the online or printed at home wellness screen before arriving to this program. 

  • Social distancing will be enforced as much as possible.

  • Face coverings must be worn when participants are within 6ft of each other

  • No drop-ins allowed

  • Group size is limited to 12

  • All participants must show no signs or symptoms of COVID for 14 days prior


Before you arrive:


  • There will be a porta potty on site. Please plan accordingly

  • Please be sure to complete all required COVID precautions
