Join certified fitness instructor, Erin Almedia, as she takes you through a total body workout! Geared for people 50 years and older, this class will include cardio, strength, balance and stretching for flexibility. Erin will accommodate each part of the workout to meet your needs.
What to bring:
-Light dumbells (~3-5#)
-Medium dumbells (~5-8#)
-A folding chair (if you have limited mobility) OR a yoga mat (if you are comfortable on your hands and knees).
-Please don't forget to wear sneakers!
-Our programs follow current city health and safety recommendations including self screening before arrival to a program and social distancing when possible.
-A porta potty will be available on site for restroom needs.
