What is Yogalates?
A combination of the best of Yoga and Pilates! This program will include meditation, stretching, posture alignment, balance and exercises initiated from your powerhouse. These are the muscles of the abdomen, back and thighs.
This program is ideal for students who want to focus on the mind-body connection and keeping muscles strong, flexible and protecting yourself from injury.
Students should have a mat, strap and a small ball.
